We make it a top priority at Threads & More to satisfy all our customers. You have the right to exchange or return all regular price items purchased on www.threadsandmore.ca for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the items, if you are not satisfied with the products, subject to following conditions:
- All items must be in their original packaging, and must not be worn or used
- SALE items are a final sale and can only be exchanged within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
- All shipping and handling charges towards returns must be paid by the customer.
- Please note – we do not refund the original shipping and handling charges on your purchase order.

How to Return or Exchange
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice/receipt/purchase order number. Also include a brief description for the reason of return. We will contact you within 3 business days and provide you a ‘return code’.
Please mail your returned items (clearly indicating the return code) to the following address.
